THE WESTERN REGION
Our Regional History
The Western Region was originally part of the Southwestern Region. It gained initial recognition in 1946 and was formally established in 1952.
Soror Leslie Crossland of Sigma Sigma Chapter (Los Angeles) was most responsible for the progress of the region in its formative years. The earliest chapters were
